Shipping
- Processing: Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day.
- Carrier: Orders ship via tracked courier service. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- Free shipping: Orders of $200 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping.
- Documentation: Applicable product documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, is included with every shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Insured shipments are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging for damaged-item claims.
Returns
Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on controlled storage conditions, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs. Contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization.
Storage on Arrival
Store lyophilized products at −20 °C for long-term storage; 2–8 °C is acceptable for short periods. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
